Consumers would like to solve problems on self-help, which has many different moles including peaceful ways and aggressive approaches.Consumers’self-help is easy to violate the law because of the character that is among folks originated from domestic life. Meanwhile, consumers’ self-help is able to make harm to sellers easily as well. However, there are still so many consumers would rather choose self-help to sustain their own interests. The advantages of self-help are including: 1.low request refers to everyone is able to use self-help ways to protect themselves without professional advices and much money; 2.less time refers to self-help costs less than public-help;3.efficiency refers to self-help mole spends less time and less money; 4.multi-approaches to choose.Consumers’self-help behavior may lead to illegal crime. Therefore, there must be limitations to help these behaviors in reasonable spheres.The paper is divided into four parts. The first one is to make the question, which introduces the current situation of consumers’ self-help to the public. The second and third parts emphasis on analyzing the concept and characteristics of self-help and the legitimate basis. The forth part is aimed to solve the problem to make the system more comprehensive.
