| The 18 thNational Congress and the Third Plenary Session proposed the strategic task to cultivate and practice the socialist core values. As the young soldiers are an important part of the main body of the army and the society, the condition of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values of them is of great significance. It related to the power foundation of realizing China dream and dream of a strong military, to the all-round development of army men, to the formation of good fashion chasing morality and goodness. The paper studies the young soldiers and socialist core values as a whole on theoretical foundation of peoples’ nature, military culture and culture value in Marxism, focusing on the maximum value of the implementation of China dream and dream of a strong military. Combining with the young soldiers’ political attribute,functional mission, vanguard nature and character requirements, the paper firstly illustrates the fundamental value of cultivating and practicing socialist core values of young soldiers, as the ideological value of modeling and fixing the spirit and thoughts,the practical value of realizing the dream of a strong military, the time values of inheritance and innovation, morality value of character integration. Secondly, the requirements of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in young soldiers are analyzed in the paper, as advanced requirements in target steering, compatible and military requirements in practicing, associative requirements in ways and means. Then,several existing problems in cultivating and practicing are analyzed, as single and narrow concept, unfaithful and untruthful affective commitment, noninformative self-request, misalignment and anomie in practicing. Lastly, proposed the ways to cultivate and practice socialist core value in young soldiers by the ways of education,tempering and practicing, mechanism improving, environment optimizing. |
