Currently, due to the absence of regulation, the platforms has not only act as independent information agencies, and also involved in the process of lending transactions. Many platforms in China provide principal protection guarantees for investors, sell financial products, while these operations do not comply with law.The article summarizes the concept and the risks of P2P Lending, describes the status of P2P Lending industry in China and other countries (especially in America), and compares the difference of P2P Platforms home and abroad. Analyzes the principal protection in the industry, financing guarantees, assignment of debt and professional lenders, lastly gives advices to the P2P Lending industry in China.The first chapter is the overview of P2P network lending, including the concept of P2P lending, the difference between P2P lending and Ali small loans, the model of P2P Lending home and abroad.The second chapter analyzes the status quo of P2P network Lending, mainly describes the development of foreign and Chinese P2P network platform, reasons of the rapid development of P2P lending in China, and the difference between domestic and American P2P Lending industry.The third chapter analyzes the problems faced by the P2P Lending problems:the identity of intermediary platform, electronic contract issues, financing guarantee issues, settling financial products issues, debt transfer and illegal fund-raising problems.The fourth chapter makes recommendations to solve the existing problems of P2P network Lending industry:clarify the nature of P2P network lending platforms, improve the credit system, and strengthen supervision and discipline, legislative suggestion.
