Market exists because people need commodity trading. Whether in traditional markets or developing virtual markets, sellers and buyers must abide many certain rules, such as honesty, public order and morality, fair competition. But some producers and sellers ignore national laws and the order of market transactions, ignoring other people’s lives and property safety, scheming to reap illegal profits, creating a more shocking food and drug safety incidents. Someone joked, "A bite of China is a periodic table of elements," but heartbreakingly is, behind every food safety incidents are gone several innocent lives and tearing families.Increasingly Counterfeit Products flooding mirrored the morality of businessmen, and the markets’ out of order, but the key reason must be the low cost and relatively criminal combat. Although with the overall national economy booming counterfeit products in the country has also tried to "find-it and fix-it mentality," more than that, the development of a number of related laws and regulations, but in terms of effectively combating crime and Counterfeit Products is still credibly. Our country in the fight against counterfeit products has introduced a series of administrative regulations, but such administrative regulations rarely mention product quality management.Social development is always moving forward, the new layer of illegal situation are not uncommon, existing laws and regulations cannot be fully covered the new situation. Accused Innocence until Proven Guilty, but the legal doubts tests the law practitioners’ capacity. The author intends to work on a number of issues Counterfeit Products crime analysis and discussion.The body of the article is divided into four chapters. The second chapter focuses on the subjective aspects, focusing on "Subjective Knowing" and "Constructive Malice". The third part introduces the objective performance aspects of Counterfeit Products.The fourth chapter should belong to the third section, detailed discussion the conception of "Vendition Amount", meaning, and proper values. In order to highlight this section, the author deliberately to stand alone.
