Study Oncorruption Risk Prevention And Control Of The Leadership Team Of The State Administration Of Taxation Of County And Prefecture Level

The Chinese Government has launched a movement to anti-corruption which led some corrupt officials in their tough time since 2013. It appears that China has come into a new era to say no to corrupt and the word anti-corruption become the most popular word immediately. As a representative of the national tax authorities to tax administrative law enforcement departments.It has the right to use the power to collect the money from the people. Of course, the Tax officers affiliate with the citizens that easily could be bribed by some ulterior motives man. This situation is known for thousands of years.In recent years,the state administration(SAT) of Nanning explores ways in punishing and preventing corruption, making many new practices and breakthroughs.But corruption which is more various,complicated and concealed still happens in SAT of county and prefecture level. Specially those cases in leadership team,destruct the future and domestic happiness of the people involved,evil influence to society and working unit is made as well.The above making us feel so regretted.Therefore,finding a efficient way to preventing corruption in SAT of county and prefecture level,has its significant meaning.Risk management is a new management discipline, this paper based on theory of risk management, studied on corruption risk prevention and control of the leadership team of SAT of county and prefecture level. The first part is the introduction, briefly introduced the selected topic background and significance, literature review, the research of the basic ideas and methods, the innovation of the research and limitations.
