The rapid change and adjustment of today, peace and development remain the main theme of the times, the international forces are in favor of maintaining world peace and development approaches, although it still faces many challenges, with the accelerating pace of globalization, the whole world showing the main relationship is coordination and cooperation. Since the reform and opening up Chinese government constantly adjust their relationship with the international system, more and more emphasis on the common interests of mankind. Since the 18 th Congress of China’s Communist Party, the new central collective leadership with Xi Jinping as general secretary, according to the new international environment and the need for further development of Chinese, combined with our country always uphold the principle offoreign policy of peace, peaceful development concept gained a deeper interpretation,then put forward the common development concept.As highlighted in the report of the 18 th Congress of China’s Communist Party, China will adhere to the common interests of the Chinese people’s interests with the people of all countries combined, with a more positive attitude to participate in international affairs, play the role of a responsible big country, jointly cope with global challenges. Firmly grasp the new leaders of the top-level design and the bottom line of our foreign strategic thinking hauv the great significance to expand our diplomacy and our country’s international influence. So choosing this topic to do research. Based on the spirit of the Chinese Communist eighteen meetings, used the research of literature, interdisciplinary studies and other methods to deeply elaboratev the common development concept from three aspects in China’s diplomatic philosophy expounded since the 18 th Congress of China’s Communist Party.The first part analyzes the background and causes of common development concept proposed inthe 18 th Congress of China’s Communist Party. From etaccelerating globalization, information technology process, all of the countries deeply the international background that "You have me, I have you," the theoretical basis of social symbiosis and our traditional culture, basic national conditions to discuss the generated theoretical origins and practical factors of common development concep. The second part to summarize the main content of the common development concept. From firmly establing the "community of destiny" consciousness, "community of human destiny" and "human interest community" elaborated, then actual grasping the concept of the common development of all-round development, analysing and demonsting the relations of common development and peaceful development. The third part of the overall pattern of the common idea in practice, the Chinese diplomatic practice will continue to push forward,and the probles it will be see.The concept of co-development is bound to the future of the domestic construction and international exchanges provide ideological support and theoretical guidance.
