Study On The Relationship Between Law Enforcement And Service Under The Category Of Service-oriented Government

With the promotion of China’s socialist market economic construction, and operation mode of the original control type government under the planned economic system more difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of social economy. The construction of the service-oriented government, have become the inevitable choice of social and economic development. To promote the construction of service-oriented government in practice, we must analyze and explaine the theory of service type government. Service oriented government under the category, the relationship between administrative law enforcement and administrative services, is an important part of the system of service-oriented government theory.From the perspective of administrative enforcement of law and administrative service inner logic, the author analyzed and deduced the relationship between the two in this article. And through the research on the changing of administrative law enforcement and administrative service under different social forms in Chinese history, explore the internal connection between the administrative law enforcement and administrative service changes and the development of social form. Analyzing the opposite between administrative law enforcement and administrative service in administrative operation system, the arthor explored how to realize the unification of administrative law enforcement and administrative services on practice in the service type government construction process.
