On Civil Protection To Virtual Property Of Iinternet Service User

With the development of virtual economy, virtual property of internet service user on internet has given rise to more and more concern. In daily life, the infringements on virtual property of internet service user on network are arising in an increasing number. This paper analyses the similarities and differences between property law relief and contract law relief on the basis of the classification of the types of infringements on virtual property on internet. Hence, this thesis also tries to discuss the civil law protection against infringements on virtual property on internet.
