This thesis studies the compliance role in multinational governance and compliance systems build. Compliance itself is the distinctive expression that the law in the economic life. However, with the rapid development of multinational companies in the world, it also brings a series of economic, social and political problems. These problems, mostly related to corporate compliance management. Many countries’ governments and international organizations to spare effort,targeted to develop a series of proposed laws, regulations and codes of conduct to eliminate and solve them. Meanwhile, management and law and other disciplines are also attracted wide attention, and achieved remarkable results.As China’s economy is still in a stage of transformation and change, for corporate governance research it started late. For multinational compliance more in-depth theoretical study is basically a blank. Relevant legislation is limited to some basic legal provisions and some single legal requirements, the lack of systematic and comprehensive legal and institutional. It can be said targeted system’s "Anti-Bribery Law" and its related supporting legal the road is still long way to go legislation.By the in-depth analysis of the multinational corporate governance and compliance management, the multinational current operations analysis of compliance, as well as the analysis and comparison for the abroad legal about this topic and with the current reality of China, the author try to explore and build a compliance management and review system for China similar group company.
