The Research On The Party’s Arduous Struggle Education In The Early Stage Of Foundation Of The PRC (1949——1956)

The Communist Party of China launched an educational campaign of the spirit of arduous struggle when facing the complicated domestic and abroad situation after the foundation of the PRC(1949-1956) in order to achieve the purpose of nation’s prosperity and people’s well being, which was the second largest historical task of the CPC at that time.The educational campaign was carried out when the CPC was transforming from a revolutionary party to the ruling party, by the time, the CPC was facing many chellenges such as consolidation of the new regime, the ruling party construction, the severe international environment and the economic waiting to be done. Thrift and devotion education was for the masses of the people,arduous struggle education for the intellectuals, and both for the warriors in Korean War,anti-corruption education and political quality education such as struggles against the "three evils" and the "five evils" were carried out among the Party members and cadres, all of these had greatly promoted the progress of socialist revolution and construction.The educational campaign fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the people and effectively promoted the economic recovery so that the financial situation achieved a comprehensive improvement, and thus laid a solid foundation for the socialistconstruction. Korean War supported by the people won a great victory and won a peaceful international environment for the construction of new China. Unhealthy ways and customs of the old days had gone and the social outlook had been entirely new. political quality education purified the Party and promoted the Party’s ruling capability. The construction of the CPC had been fruitful and increased driving force for socialism construction.The educational campaign left us a precious legacy and it had become an important part of the CPC ideological and political education. It brought about the style construction inside the Party formation so that the good Party conduct would improve the social customs and ways as well. Education should seek various levels and aims with effectiveness. We should integrate the arduous struggle education with the people’s well being improvement from a long run, and the education should be institutionalized and normalized. It can also help us to solve practical problems and becomes useful tool to fully deepen reform and opening up, realize the great "China Dream", promote the Party’s advanced nature and purity, and cultivate the practice of core values.To sum up, the positive energy spread by the educational campaign of the spirit of arduous struggle in the early stage of the foundation of the PCR helped most of the people to form new moral consciousness with moral purification, and effectively promoted the smooth development of the socialist revolution and construction, even today it is very significant for us all to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
