Therefore, adjustment of the implementation method of the mass line revolving around the characteristics and requirements of harmonious society becomes our focus. The paper takes analyzing the confusions and reasons confronting the practice of the mass line as the basis and regards improving the effectiveness of implementing the mass line as the value orientation, exploring the basic countermeasures of improving the practice of the mass line mainly from the aspects of world outlook, material basis, communication channels and democracy construction.
