Research For The Elderly Left Behind In Rural Old-age Security Issues

Since the1980s, China began to accelerate the process of urbanization and industrialization, At the same time,from the beginning of the1990s, China’s aging population continues to increase, gradually aging society. With urbanization and industrialization, in the context of this social transformation, a large number of rural labor to urban migration from the countryside, followed by the rural population left behind increasing, staying home appears. Stay home appeared on the one hand reflects the progress of society, but also exposed the plight of the rural population left behind pension.This paper surveys and case study interviews as the main method of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, small village to conduct field research, specifically family pension, social pension for old age security issues are analyzed from the Left, in particular, the main financial support from the usual, everyday life for the elderly stay care and spiritual solace and other specific circumstances, the issue of pension security for the elderly left behind specific analysis. In this paper, the development trend of rural social old-age security, combined with the actual situation of local small Iraqi village, put forward the basic ideas for the perfect small rural village in Iraq left-behind elderly pension problem, we recommend starting from the state, market, social, community and family level, the main supply various pension coordinated resources, complement each other, to fully meet the small rural village in Iraq needs to stay for the Aged.Pension is a very complex and very important issue, the National Endowment functions are implemented, the relationship to achieve social stability and equitable society, in our country, improve the rural pension problem has been the focus and difficulty of the national and social concern.
