| The implementation of the Amendment(â…·) to the Criminal Law makes ourcountry penalty execution system further improved demonstrates the criminalpolicy of combing punishment with leniency the spirit of the legislation of thesocialization of executing and the individualization of penalty. However, thenew situation, new changes have brought enormous challenges and manyvariables to the supervision practice of the prison and the execution of thepunishment.
