Some scholars thought this system wouldobstruct the legalization process in our nation. But the fact is not like that.Intermediation system is not against the rule of law but also has very solidlegitimacy. Certainly, like other most systems in China, there are someproblems and defects in intermediation system. It needs to be improved frommany perspectives.
