The Analysis On The Enhancement Of Latent Fingermark Using The Method Of Immunization

As a basic biological immune system response, the main role of the immune response of the body is used to identify "self" and "non-self" antigen molecules and generate response. Using in the immune response outside the organism are known as immunoassay. In order to facilitate the observation results and show amplification, colloidal gold, enzyme, fluorescent molecule, such as a material having a radioactive isotope molecules are added into the reaction. These materials do not affect the antigen-antibody reaction while enhancing activity signal,thus these marking method are commonly used in vitro immune response.The immune response used in enhancing latent fingerprints using the principle of this method is by the reaction between human body secrete component and antigen-specific antibody, after the treatment of labeled antibody, fingerprints are clearly shown and are able to be observed and recorded.In this reaction,eccrine secretions,blood group substances,drug metabolites and metabolites of cosmetics can be used as antigens in the enhancement of latent fingerprints by utilizing the technique of immunoreaction or antigen-antibody reaction. In this method, different kinds of antigens interact with antibodies that are marked with nano-particles,enzymes,fluorescent molecules or isotopes to form the combination of antigen-antibody, which can be seen through some kind of specific methods and equipments, thus can make latent fingerprints visible to the naked eye. As the reaction between antigen and antibody has specification that in this reaction, antibody react only with one kind of antigen, greatly improved the sensitivity of the enhancement of latent fingerprints, and can be used as supplement and evolution of traditional latent fingerprints enhancement methods.The method discussed in this essay was divided into three parts,the first part introduced immune response and different labeling methods;the second part introduced the immune response used in enhancing latent fingerprints,analyzed the propones in latent fingerprints and did some comparisons on different labeling methods,introduced the researching results of oversea scholars;the third part analyzed and outlooked on the aporias of the method.
