During this period our country issued a second marriage law to adapt to this change in1980. And in2001, after a lapse of two years after the introduction of the amendment and the second part of the Marriage Law, and the amend were also held in2001,2003,2011. Of course, no matter how the law changes justice is always its legal goal. The reason why the law needs to be adjusted, amended or re-enacted is social life changes, and these changes have manifestations in literature also. Thus, the literature has become a good alternative way to explain the law.This study based on four modern fictions Registration, Love is not forgotten, Do not talk to strangers, Rules before Divorce, this paper analyzes the relationship between literature and law, mining these literary works reflected in the concept of marriage and the family wound up in public, to explore the concept of marriage and the family foundation of public social changes triggered by changes.This study used historical analysis to study the literary works under the marriage law as reflected in the background of different times, analyzing different characteristics at different times with the Marriage Act; using comparative analysis under different background The comparative analysis of the Marriage Law, and then summed up the changes the course of the marriage law. And the induction method is adapted to the several literary works reflects the paper summarizes the concept of marriage and family, analyzes the evolution of the marriage law amended, inductive logic of marriage law change, and evaluate the changes of the marriage law.This study analyzes the relationship between literature and the law that literature can be explained, advocacy, legal; law also beneficial to the change can be extracted from the literature reflect reality basis of social life. Moreover, China’s marriage law is an important foundation for the community to guide the concept of marriage and family changing. Finally, the contemporary concept of marriage and the family made a new understanding:the ideal marriage requires a solid emotional foundation and high moral qualities to maintain harmonious and stable state, but not all of the marital relationship in the real world to achieve this kind of realm, This requires in-depth legal and moral concepts people’s thinking beyond the reach of the field, from the height of the power of people’s behavior in making marriage and family norms.
