For a traditional reason, land was divided by many small parts in china, At the same time, more and more farmers join the team of earning and both of these made the waste of land resources. The traditional way of land circulation have many shortcomings. All of these make the innovation of the land circulation becoming extremely urgent.Compared with the traditional way of land circulation, rural land trust has many advantages. Firstly, the rural land trust is a way of land circulation that between three main bodies which processes are more standardized. Finally, the rural land trust broke the situation that the land demanders need contract of door-to-door.Although the development of rural land trust in our country has a history of13years and the development is relatively quickly in the south rural of country, in the western rural areas, there have been no way of the rural land circulation of rural. Besides, theoretical study of rural land trust mainly concentrated in the areas, such as the implementation of China’s rural land trust system and the advice of related system. From the point of view of study, this paper mainly based on the western rural areas, which means that it should point out the implementation of the land trust system in the west China and pick up the suggestion of the system.The paper consists of four parts. The first part mainly expounds the basic theory of rural land trust. Through analyzing of the connotation and the present situation of rural land trust, it considers that the superiority of rural land trust system, making a foundation for further discussing. The second part mainly investigates the reality of the rural land trust in the west of China. On the one hand, it sums up the experience of the existing rural land trust. On the other hand, it explores the characteristics of the rural land circulation in the west. At last, we discuss the necessary and feasible of the land trust in the west of China. The third part analyzes the trouble of implementing the land trust in the west of China, including reality trouble, legal difficulties and other system troubles. The fourth part is based on the discussion of the former three parts, picking up the corresponding system Suggestions.That is to say, it is not wise to establish a new rural land trust system. There is a confusion:as an innovative and effective ways of rural land circulation in China, there is a development present situation in south of china. In the western rural areas where has a rich land resource does not have the land circulation way. Finally, in order to provide a new thinking for the western rural land circulation, large scale agriculture and industrialization, it picks up the suggestions of western rural land trust by discussing the feasible of western rural land trust and analyzing the plight of implementing western rural land trust.
