Research On Deduction System

As the development of the whole society, the legal awareness of all people has improved, almost everyone has realized that law has the strong power in protecting individual rights. For example, people have requirements to control their personal property; the mind of controlling their own property after death also has improved. So, deduction system in the inheritance law has became important in the world’s legal system. Now, the fact is that the deduction system do not included in the inheritance law in our country. Whether this critical legal system should be introduced to our country? This paper will pay more attention on and go into this topic. And the author hope to devote whole energy to the future legislation of our country by this paper and perfect the law in the end.The article mainly are divided into three parts, the first chapter is an overview of the main points of deduction system, including the relevant concept, the historical evolution of deduction system, and the specific provisions of countries around the world, in order to providing a reference to our country’s legislation. The second chapter mainly analyzes deduction system, including suitable conditions of deduction system, basic principles, as well as the main object and subject of this system. The third chapter further illustrate the future legislation of our country on the basis of the first two chapters, about the necessity and feasibility of setting up this system, at the same time this paper will put forward the basic idea of this system in the end.
