A Study On The Basic Features Of The Socialist System With Chinese Characteristics

Since reforming and opening, China has achieved great success in the development of economic and society. It is closely related with the form, development and improvement of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. But all kinds of disputes about the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics have been heard from some people, including some scholars both at home and abroad. They think that, socialism with Chinese characteristics is the capitalism with Chinese characteristics. And the socialist system with Chinese characteristics does the system of capitalism with Chinese characteristics. What these disputes contain not only the negation of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, but also the query on the advantage of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is composed of fundamental system, basic system, the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and concrete system. It set the Chinese traditional culture combined with the outstanding achievements of civilization worldly.According to the insufficient of the academic studies, this article constructs a theoretical analysis framework that " theoretical basis-objective basis-logical structure-basic features ". The paper puts forward four basic features which are different from other social system from the perspective of basic principles of Marxism. This research helps to enrich the content of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and clarify the misunderstanding on the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
