At present, China’s real estate intermediary market has been undergoing rapid development. While promoting real estate deal in the intermediary activities, Real estate agents also bring about a series of phenomena such as invalid qualification of Real estate intermediary institutions and personnel, trading irregularities, false disclosure and Damage of the lawful rights and interests of the parties. As the number of second-hand housing transactions in the recent two years rises considerably, the majority of transactions come to agreements through intermediary contracts, which gives rise to dispute adjudication by the court because of the low level of the standardization and maturation of the real estate intermediary market. Not only does contract dispute affect social life, but it can also test the ability of the social security law system. In view of this, this paper research focuses on the legal problems, dealt with by Jinan Lixia District’s court in recent five years, concerning the trial of real estate intermediary contract. Consequently, with the combination of current policy and national situation, the feasibility of real estate intermediary supervision system is examined through comparison and demonstration. Moreover, the construction of the legal system of real estate intermediary supervision is introduced under the context of current market and historic background. In short, the fundamental purpose is to analyze and research on behaviors emerged from real estate agents in accordance with law, to create, positioning on local conditions, a legal system of ’real estate intermediary supervision’, to explore a way to resolve disputes from real estate intermediary services, and to maintain the code of practice for fair deal.
