The judicial justice is what the legal personality has been pursued relentlessly from generation to generation. It’s also an expectation of legal effect by general public. There are varieties of ways to explore the judicial justice. This article is based on the victim-offender reconciliation, emerging as a newly developing system. It aims to discuss how to realize judicial justice through studying the contradictions and defects existing in the system itself. The victim-offender reconciliation has raised great attention in recent years. It showed obvious advantage in application and implementation but its limitations are distinct. Through the victim-offender reconciliation, we see the faced challenges of realizing judicial justice. The substantive justice and the procedural justice are the fundamental components of judicial justice. It is becoming the focus that people are arguing about how to balance them in order to realize judicial justice. The victim-offender reconciliation has the advantage of cutting down the cost of justice, improve the judicial efficiency. It should be put on the agenda to build a complete system of criminal reconciliation in our country.
