Research on foreigncountries’ legislation and law enforcement on anti-MLM can provide valuable lessons for thepractice of anti-MLM in our country.In the second part, this article elaborates the current situation, types, characteristics ofnetwork pyramid selling from the perspective of empirical analysis.
