Commercial plagiarism is a new act of unfair competition in recent years with thedevelopment of the Network Economy. Due to the lag of legal provisions for this kind ofissues, courts often face troubles with commercial plagiarism in judicial practice."Anti-Unfair Competition Law " as the general law to encourage and protect fair competition,need to be adjusted according to the development of the times, to meet the challengecommercial plagiarism brought. How to provide supplement protection for the Intellectualachievements outside of Intellectual Property Law, and to regulate commercial plagiarismwhile ensure the rational use of public freedom to promote competition is an urgentconsideration for improving the "Anti-Unfair Competition Law".
