Research About New Patterns Of Larceny Behavior

"Amendment (eight) Criminal law" came into effect on May1,2011. As can be seen,it modified the1997of criminal law provisions on theft, not only cancelled the deathpenalty, but also added burglary, theft of taking weapon, and pickpocketing as the crime oftheft behavior, they can constitute the crime of theft.2Which will be called “The newcrime of theft” in this paper to distinguish the two kinds of traditional theft “large amountand multiple theft”.In the first part of this paper, the author provides an overview of domestic and foreignlegislative provisions relating to these three kinds of the new crime of theft and thesignificance of new provisions for the amendment (eight). In the second part,the author tryto understand their respective protection law benefits and provide reference to identified avariety of specific situation through the research of the new criminal object; The third,fourth and fifth parts are the focus of this article. In the three parts, the author supply adetail interpretation about "into"."family"."taking".“the public place".“the object ofPickpocketing” and analysis the special case of the corresponding judicial practice to putforward my own views in the application of the law.
