The Morality Study On Han Fei’s Political Philosophy

In order to analysis Han Fei’s political philosophy objectively and faithfully,this paper was strictly written according on the historical background of Han Fei and his work.This very historical background was not only made up by the aspect of the political circumstance,but also by the aspects of the economical and cultural background of the thinker.With the observation of the curcumstaces of the three implicit perspectives,we have got clear insight of the author who lived through that period of that decades and constructed the political theory.And then,by the way,the author shew two critarias that would weight weather a political philosophy has a smell of moral properties or not.The special observation of that historical background and the two critarias discussed above are the baical foundation of this paper. On this very basis,I have observed his political thoughts composed of three aspects on the way of morality interpretation respectively.To my perspective the three aspects which include the law theory and the trickery in politics and the power-keeping theory are the major component of his political philosophy.The author studied the thinker’s thinking by the thinker’s own work and then,at the same time,discussed other observers’viewpoints on this field.Through this way the paper comes to the viewpoints that Han Fei’s political philosophy really gave out a smell of morality blood.With this work we maybe not only reach the ideal that some day we can give a new understanding on Han Fei’s work,but also gain an opportunity on looking back the political development of China.By the way this discovery,in some extent,can also provide some insightful inspiration to the current construction of our country’s harmonious society and the human ultimate fate.
