Research On Controlled Delivery In The Investigation Of Drug-related Crimes

The investigative means-controlled delivery-has won recognition of international law and domestic law, but the research on controlled delivery still remains at an initial stage. Though the newly revised criminal procedure law has conducted legal regulation over controlled delivery, the obscurity of corresponding rules is adverse to the application of controlled delivery in investigative practice. Thus, it can be seen that it is of great significance to researching controlled delivery. Controlled delivery is primarily characterized by strong strategic characteristic, collaboration, coexistence with risk, and out-of-control termination. It is proved that to strengthen the legal regulation over controlled delivery’s applicable condition, applicable procedure and rules of evidence is of vital importance to improving Chinese legislation.
