LY Prison Corporate Management Problem Diagnosis

In order to rehabilitate offenders, prisons organize offenders to participate in productive labors, which involves labor and workplace issues, at the same time offenders will produce some labor value and create economic benefits, so the prison enterprises was born. Prison enterprises provide workplace and vocational education for the rehabilitation of offenders in prisons. It is a special economic organization, which is due to the existence of prison. At present, under the "prison enterprise two in one" system, the overall economic performance of china’s prison corporations is not good.After the implementation of the "separation of enterprises from prisons" policy, although enterprise structure had been set up in prison companies, and managed in accordance with modern corporate mode, prisons and prison companies are still under the leadership of the same organization. Nowadays in china only few literatures relating to prison corporate governance and property right can be found, which only stay on the policy level. Reform and development of prison enterprises are still under exploration.In this paper, starting with LY prison enterprises, try to explore our new model of corporate governance-corporate prison. This article is divided into six parts in total, mainly contains the following contents:The first chapter introduces the introduction LY prison company background, size, organizational structure and purpose of this research significance. The second chapter on corporate governance on the prison during the application of the theory, because the prison business are unique, no single theory can be applied directly to the corporate governance structure of the prison, and in this section explains the concept separate of prison enterprises. The forth chapter is the main part of this article, from LY prison enterprises from internal and external causes as well as the relationship of the existence of prison three aspects, diagnosed the problems of the existence of prison enterprises, the LY prison business, the economic burden is too heavy issues, corporate governance structure of the prison the right checks and balances, the problem of adjustment of product structure, poor management and so on, and analysis of these issues, pointing out that the existing prison enterprises LY most fundamental issues. In the fifth chapter, according to upper chapter the problem is diagnosed, LY prison enterprise some management put forward some strategies and suggestions, LY prison enterprise of a new model of management.
