| In recent years, the rapid development of sovereign wealth funds has become an important participant in the field of international investment. However, it is not sound that the legal system of sovereign wealth funds in legal definition, governance structure, information disclosure and risk management, and still need to further improve. It undoubtedly has the extremely vital significance to perfect China’s sovereign wealth fund legal regulation to focus on the international legislative activities and try to adapt to these laws trend.With the exception of the introduction and conclusion, the paper is divided into four major sections:The first chapter introduces the basic theory of sovereign wealth funds, like the concept, characteristics and historical development of sovereign wealth funds, and analyzing the impact of sovereign wealth funds. Compare the sovereign with its similar concepts to understand of sovereign wealth funds more accurately.The second chapter analyzes the international society’s practices on the specific legislation of sovereign wealth funds including international organizations and western developed countries.The third Chapter summarizes present situation in our country including the rise of sovereign wealth funds background and development, and tries to sovereign wealth fund legal regulating aspects deficiency.Finally, by analyzing comparatively of the reality and possibility about international legislation of sovereign wealth funds, summarizes the shortcomings of the sovereign wealth funds on the accept of legal regulation, the author provide some suggestions that for sovereign wealth funds put forward the legal regulations of international legislation pair, establish sovereign wealth funds to national security censorship, perfect our country’s sovereign wealth funds legal risk assessment system. |
