High-tech talents have become urgently needed power along with the steady progress of information construction in armed police force. And in this time a notable marker of combat effectiveness has gradually transit from physical strength to intellectual ability, the physical differences between men and women no longer the main factors influencing war. As a special and important part of cadre team, female officers play a positive role in every field of armed police force. So there is a considerable realistic significance to give full play to the female officers of their own advantages as to play a bigger role in the army.This paper analyzes the problems and reasons that exist in the career development of the female officers in an Armed Police Corps, under the background of transformation from mechanization construction to information construction. And using the knowledge of public administration, put forward the countermeasures and the suggestions to promote the career development of the female officers in an Anned Police Corps. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part as introduction states the background and significance of the paper, explains key words, Comments domestic and overseas literature, and then introduces the research purpose, ideas and methods of this paper. The second part analyzes the status quo of the female officers in an Armed Police Corps career development, focusing on analysis the problems and causes. The third part is based on feminist theory, career development theory, career development management theory of Schein, military professional theory, and using the experience of foreign army of female officer career development for reference, presented reflect the gender of female officer professional development designed program and conducted feasibility study of the program. The fourth part puts forward countermeasures to promote female officer in armed police crops professional development.
