In this paper,in terms of Qihu v. Tencent case, based on the analysis of the new features of the Internet Industry, it points out that the classification of Tencent business model and parallel business model and the essence of Internet platform and user resource bring great challenge to relevant market definition,market dominant position identification and abuse of dominant market position judgment. Then put forward some immature suggestions combined with theory and practice of domestic and foreign antitrust laws. Firstly, the Internet companies antitrust dispute between the same two types of business structure between companies and different business structures, respectively, for different methods to define the relevant market. Secondly, the Internet industry’s market dominance finds calculation method should be changed to the user as an indicator. Finally, by strengthening the defendant the burden of proof to change the difficult situation of the plaintiff.
