Research On Perfection Of The Villagers Committee Election Procedures

The village committee is a grassroots villagers directly elected grass-roots mass self-government organizations, in the villagers realize self-management, self education, self serving way plays a very important role, the village committee election system as the basic system of the villagers committee, the election results are directly related to the fundamental interests of the broadest masses. Therefore, with the characteristics of the times and the meaning is very distinct improve the electoral procedure of the villagers committee of this problem, but our reality, there are still a lot of problems of Rural Committee elections.In the first part of the article, the author analyzes the mechanism of the electoral procedure concept, nature, our village committee election procedures are followed. In the second part of the article, the author expounds the reality by the village committee election dilemma, including the election of village committee interest group intervention, bribery phenomenon appears in the electoral process, violence and the present stage of villagers’ political consciousness is not high difficulties.
