The Construction Of Service-Oriented Government In The Perspective Of Public Satisfaction

With the advance of service-oriented government building,"people-oriented","governing for the people," the government is becoming an important governing philosophy. The eighteen party’s report emphasized that "people are satisfied to build service-oriented government" and demanded governmental organizations should take "public satisfaction" as a guide to public satisfaction as a measure of the quality of public services, government standards, enhance service awareness, improve service quality, and comprehensively promote the construction of service-oriented government. Faced with the growing quality and level of demand, the government has only the public satisfaction first, in order to truly reflect the characteristics of the concept of service-oriented government and government public services in order to promote the improvement of government services, and ultimately building a service-oriented the purpose of government.This thesis summarizes the theory and practice of reviewing the course on the basis of service-oriented government, the connotation of the service-oriented government and the nature of the analysis and definition of the concepts discussed public satisfaction, the establishment of public satisfaction evaluation index system, combined with satisfaction questionnaire to the Shahekou District of Dalian City as a case for investigation. Combined survey results, pointed out and analyzed River mouth area in the service-oriented government building problems discussed the cause of the problem, and then, from promoting service-oriented government building, improve public satisfaction point of view, find and summarize the present stage of Service construction of the problems the government proposed terms of the future of work and service-oriented government should focus on strengthening the building.Possible innovation from the service of this thesis is to explore the receptor and the customer point of view of public service provision and service-oriented government building, research perspective has some novelty.
