With thecenter of the world economic is shifting to the East, in the Asia-pacific region, thesecurity environment of Russian has changed a lot. Facing various kinds of changes,Russia adjusts the security strategy in the Asia-pacific region, emphasizes ondeveloping relations with Asia-pacific countries and participating in the Asia PacificEconomic integration. Forces of Russia’s intervention in the Asia-pacific region, makesthe situation of this region gets more complex. The second part is the the strategic goal and implementation measures of theAsia-pacific security strategy. The implementation of Russian Asia-Pacific securitystrategy is from the perspective of its own interests, aims to drive the far east economicdevelopment and promote national economic revival.
