Research On Abstract Dangerous Crime Of Chinese Criminal Law

Abstract dangerous crimes and concrete dangerous crimes belong to the category of dangerous crimes. As opposed to a real harm,which is of the response to the type of the criminal law.Abstract danger in nature is not a behavior but a result.,which belongs to the components of the unwritten elements.It can limit the scope of the law.It should be published because of the danger which leads to the interest of law.It is the legislative technology,which protects the the interest of law in advance and publishs in ahead. However, it can explain the substandtial illegal according to the proviso of article13of the criminal law. It is a type set on legislation.According to the experious of social life in judicial judgment.Which can discrease the judicial resourses and improve the judicial efficiency. Abstract dangerous crimes include many specific crimes in the penal code.But the relative theory is not clear enough.So this paper divides into eight topics to discuss this concept,which hopes to the benefit of the relative knowledge.
