Research On The International Non-Governmental Organization As A Subject Of International Law

International Non – Governmental Organizations in its over hundred years of development has made some remarkable achievements and major contributions for the international community. But International Non-Governmental Organizations in international communication practice and theoretical study of the international law has been neglected for a long-time, the international legal status of International Non-Governmental Organizations didn’t get a clear statement even today. A lot of the related questions still up in the air. In this paper, by means of commands, we start with correcting the conception of International Non – Governmental Organizations in Chinese translation and to determine the basic concept of INGOs. Classifying the standard of INGOs and analyzing the influence of its different activities. Point out the contribution of INGOs while admit INGOs has its negative influence about international law. I think now is the right time to give International Non – Governmental Organization a rightful standard in international law. Make it a new subject of international law. But unlike states or inter-government organizations, the legal effects of INGOs should be limited.
