Many enterprises have taken place in recent cases of infringement of personal information, such as enterprise deliberately fired employee personal information publicly on the Internet, enterprise internal system in employee personal information leakage of hacker attack, businesses use personal information to the bank loans, etc., this kind of events leading to the personal lives of employees, to enterprise’s development is also very bad, moreover has touched the legal bottom line, so enterprise staff personal information protection should be given attention. This paper is through the establishment of evaluation index system of enterprise staff personal information protection, scores for a company, and let the enterprise clear understanding of the personal information protection in degree and the insufficiency, through the survey of enterprise employees know enterprise internal information protection situation, find out the problems of enterprise internal information protection, put forward reasonable Suggestions to the enterprise.This paper on the establishment of enterprise staff personal information protection evaluation index system, first of all through the early reading accumulation, constructing framework of evaluation index system of personal information protection for employees and proposed evaluation index elements. Preliminary development of two four level indicators, informed consent, handling restrictions, personal control, security responsibility, three fifteen indicators, the collection of objectives, the scope of the preservation period.Secondly, through the modified Delphi method, of selected experts conducted two rounds of questionnaire survey, the first round of remove the target develop indicators unqualified index, the second round is the mean difference, standard deviation, Kendall coefficient of concordance, divided into four idiostatic index verification experts consensus.Last, and then determine the various evaluation index elements, through the use of hierarchical analysis method, questionnaire survey of the group of experts to once again, according to the given results of the experts, using Excel calculation that each expert at all levels index element weights and consistency check for the results given by every expert, and calculate the weight average value. Then, according to the index system, make the questionnaire for the enterprise employees and release, get the results and calculate the score of the enterprise according to the established evaluation index system.. Finally, analyze the results of the questionnaire, find out the shortage of the enterprise in the employee’s personal information protection, and give the suggestion for the enterprise.
