| The database is an important channel for people to obtain information, legal protection of databases is limited in China. How to strengthen the legal protection of databases have became a problem to be solved nowadays. This paper not only discussed the legal protection of databases in China, but also introduced the practices of database protection in the EU and the U.S.. Structurally, the paper firstly defined the concepts of database, pointed out the legal issues of the database development. The third chapter of the paper introduces the legal system of database protection in the EU and the U.S.. The last chapter analyzes the legal protection mode of database in China. In addition, the paper used the literature analysis, concept analysis, comparative analysis, case studies and other research methods. |
