Under the influence of social order, policy environment and police resource management, the function of police station cannot be steady, which becomes a short board of the whole public security work. On the other hand, the comprehensive management of rural social order management is the only road to improve the public security. It investigated and analyzed in-depth the existing function of Shuanggang Town Police Station, which constructs a tight system for prevention. The system is good for public security, but shortsighted.
