Ship financial leasing is a financial leasing commercial activity carried out by the ship as the subject matter. The ship is the core of legal issues.In this paper, the first chapter puts forward the concept of shipping financial leasing concept, analyzes the legal structure of shipping financial leasing, and through the comparison of shipping financial leasing and other ship leasing model summarizes the characteristics of shipping financial leasing, analyzes of the particularity of the ownership of the ship.The second chapter analyzes different methods of obtaining ships’ownership for angle of view, different shipping financial leasing modes. And this chapter analyze consignation again and register these two fact behaviors to lease the effect that descend ships ownership’s obtain to the margin.The third chapter uses different ship ownership theories to analyze attributes of the ownership of a ship under different perspectives, the last section is presented and analyzes of the structure of financial leasing of property right and the power of the ownership of a ship.The forth chapter analyzes the interaction and influence between the ownership of the ship and other property of the ship, and analyzes the relationship and restrictions associated with the ownership of the real right of ships, to improve the system of the ownership of a ship under a financial leasing proposed improvements and recommendations.The fifth chapter analyzes our shipping financial leasing registration system for the ship under the current law, and to analyze the relationship between changes in property rights of registration of the ownership of a ship and financial leasing, and the ownership of derivative of legal problems of conflicts and deficiencies under a financial leasing ship registration system, and proposed suggestions to improve the financial leasing of the registration system of ships.
