Research On The Problem Of China’s Migrant Workers Into The City

Migrant workers into the city is a prominent social problem, if not solved, and its adverse effects willeffectively promote the development of the economy of our country and the city, and even related to social harmony and stability. Therefore, the promotion of migrant workers into the city is the urgent problem of social development in our country.The text of Marx Engels contains the theory of urban-rural integration, is to guide us to solvemigrant workers into the city’s theoretical weapon. China’s migrant workers into the city is the cityand countryside integration an important part, is also an important aspect of the urban rural integration. This paper from the Marx doctrine theory of analysis and discussion of thecountermeasures and effective method of promoting China’s migrant workers into the city.In this paper, using the methods of literature research and field interviews to discuss, which consists of four parts. The first part of the content related to Marx, Engels’ s theory of the integration of urban and rural areas are summarized and analyzed, elaborated on the basis of the contemporary value of Marx, Engels’ s theory of urban rural integration. At the same time, pointed out that theintegration of urban and rural areas is a realistic choice in line with China’s national conditions,migrant workers into the city is a long-term and hard; the second part from the employment, life,protection of rights and interests of migrant workers to the city and the identity of four aspects ofmigrant workers into the city in the current situation and difficulties in the process of integration into the basis of the third part; current situation and the plight of the migrant workers in the city on thereasons for the present situation, has carried on the thorough analysis, reasons for the differencesare the institutional constraints, economic conditions and cultural gap between urban and rural areas, and their quality of migrant workers; the fourth part based on the above analysis, to Marx,Engels’ s theory of integration of urban and rural areas, explores the effective ways to promote themigrant workers into the city from three aspects to enhance the quality of migrant workers, improve community functions and play the functions of the government.
