"Rhine Daily" was the watershed of Marx’s thought from idealism to materialism, occupied an important position in the history of the development of his thought, what’s more, it was an important period of the budding of his political philosophy. By taking part in the political struggle of realistic society, he gained a better understanding of the poverty of people and paid attention to their life and political demand. In the exploration of freedom of the press, forest theft and the Moselle River poverty, he wrote a series of political essays to express his political thoughts and appealed about nation、justice、 freedom and equality. Through interpretation of Marx’s political thoughts, we can see, Marx justice claim in this period was that the establishment of a free, democratic and equal rational state, so the budding of justice originated in the pursuit of freedom, democracy and equality. At the same time, Marx regarded the freedom as human’s inherent nature, a way of existence that in accord with human nature, and took the law as the way to realize freedom, so he required the nation and the law to ensure people realize their freedom. In addition, Marx found himself has faith in Hagel’s rationalism view of country couldn’t solve the problem of material interests, that prompted him to rethink the relations between state and civil society, and pointed out that state as a community should be rational, safeguard the interests of the people. By analyzing Marx’s political philosophy of the "Rhine daily" period, it can help us to learn about the essence of his political philosophy, it has certain reference function for the construction of Chinese modern democratic politics. At the same time, we can say that Marx’s philosophy is about the liberation of the people,"Rhine Daily" as the transition period of the changing of his thought’s nature, it was the embryonic period as closely related to people’s political philosophy, to understand his political philosophy in this period, it can help us to catch the process of Marx’s thought about people’s liberation.
