The Lessons Of The Relationship Between China And Japan In The 21st Century And The Method Of Stepping Out Of Deadlock

As two important and powerful countries in Asia and even in the world, China and Japan are watched by the world. The development of the relationship between China and Japan influences the future of two countries and the situation of whole Asia, even the peace, stability, prosperity, and development of the world. Enter the 21 century, China and Japan established many principles together about the problem of history, Taiwan,peace and friendship. But that the strategy of mutual benefit are rejected by the right wing in Japan and the willing to get rid of shadow of defeated country and the wish of becoming political power country leads to the deadlock between two countries and leads to the visiting low ebb between the leaders. And because of the territorial disputes and the "threat of China", the relationship between China and Japan fall into tension. The essay aims at finding experience and learn a lesson from the relationship in the past and now between China and Japan. And studying the trend of the development of the relationship between China and Japan scientifically and discussing the general idea of the strategy between two countries and the best way of prosperity of two countries. Achieving the benefit of all aspects of China utmostly and boosting the peace and prosperity among the China and the world, achieving friendly relationship between two countries.There are six chapters in this article. The first chapter is introduction, discussing the purpose and meaning of this essay and justifying the necessity and value of study. And this past is also arranging the studies relating to the topic of this essay, and pointing out the deficiency and the key point of this eassy. And the last part of the first chapter introduces the method of study, including: literature analysis, historical analysis and theory analysis and comparable analysis and so on. The second chapter states the evolution of the foreign policy which China uses for Japan, promoting the development of the strategy of mutual benefit between two countries with the treaties of "China and Japan joint statement", "Chian and Japan peace and friendship treaty" and "China and Japan joint declaration". The third chapter is the analysis of the foreign policy of Japan to China, from the strategy of "Koizumism" of Junichiro Koizumi, "close to China, depart from America" of Mr Fukuda to the strategy of "the value of diplomacy" of Mr Watanabe, "close to America, depart from Chian", "be hard to China" of YoshihikoNoda, and "strategic diplomacy analysis" of Shinzo Abe. And the fourth chapter conclude the experiences and lessons in the development of two countries, basing on the policy analysis between two countries. And these expriences and lessons deserve us to keep in mind that unity is benefit and departure is harm between two countries. The leaders of two countries need great wisdom to solve the problems of history, territory, and Taiwan which determine the development of two countries, boosting the development of economy, culture, military. The fifth brings up with suggestions about the deadlock of two countries. First of all, we need to promot our own comprehensive national strength. Secondly, we need to strengthen the economic cooperation with Japan, increasing the dependency of economy on China. For the problem of the angling island, we need to lay aside, and the two countries need to look at the historical problem from positive perspective. Last, strengthen the cooperation of communication among people and establish the relationship of trust amony people.The last chapter comes to a conclusion that the experiences and lessons between two countries tell us that if the relationship wants to be repaird and achieving trully development of peace and friendship, Chian and Japan must both make effort and the leaders need wisdom to solve the problems, taking a correct view in history and taking a history as a mirror, looking at future. Boosting economic communication, expanding the common benefit, increasing the economic dependency of Japan on China, and at the same time, increasing the trust of two countries, boosting the people communication, increasing the mutuall understanding of people. Achi-eving these ideas, we must focus on the common benefit, get rid of self-benefit. So we need to change the relationship between China and Japan fundamentally.
