It’s a feature of developing national management system and management ability of the modernization to strengthen and improve our country rural social governance. At present, there are many problems in the process of social governance in rural areas in China, for instance, the cadres divorce themselves from the masses, the contradictions between the cadres and the masses are serious, the rural public product supply of capacity is low, etc. This article aims at analyzing the current problems existing in the process of rural social governance from the angle of the mass line, and offering suggestions and references to strengthen our country rural social governance.The essence of the mass line is that the masses should be taken as the intent and purpose for all the work. By combining with the mass line, On one hand, this essay analyzes and summarizes the successful social governance practice of the Communist Party of China in history. On the other hand, it also analyses the S town of Feng Chen city successful experience of rural social governance. Then we can get the central point of this article, namely, we must insist on the party’s "mass line" in the process of solving the problems of our rural social governance and strengthen this ability.Insisting the mass line means that doing our best for the masses, depending on the masses, coming from the mass, coming to mass, turning our party’s correct proposal into masses’ conscious actions. So in the process of the rural social governance, insisting the mass line is helpful to close the relationship between the cadres and the masses, to improve the masses’ legitimzing identity for the rural grassroot governance, and to integrate the power of civil society organizations, enhance their enthusiasm and make full use of them.
