The Current State Of Medical Ethics And Medical Ethics Education Research Of China

Medical ethics is a code of conduct that all medical staff should have, what is a medical cause of stability and harmonious development of society spiritual bond, medical ethics is based on the premise of medical workers engaged in medical work, it is also the health workers’ spiritual support obtained in patients with community generally recognized. Medical work is a divine cause, which demanded not only superb skills of medical workers, but also exalted medical ethics. Conduct medical ethics education in medical workers, not only about every patient’s vital interests, but also promote the medical workers with medical ethics as the primary criteria for their practice in the first place.At present, China is in a deepening health system reform in transition, establish and improve relevant health sector management system and supervision mechanism is crucial. In the new health reform program, on the status and role of medical workers still continued evaluation of the previous view, but some aspects of medical ethics principles emphasize the content didn’t do in-depth analysis and elaboration. From the current point of view, our doctor-patient relationship contradictions problem has not been effectively alleviated, but to make the problem more acute contradictions. Many of whom are some of the contradictions of medical workers is low as a result of the qualities of medical ethics. Medical ethics issue is a hot problem in our society today, medical ethics education is the focus of the problem. Therefore, do everything possible through the flexible use of Marxist theory and the outstanding achievements of other social science research and development status quo of China’s medical ethics, at the same time learn from the successful experience of foreign medical ethics education and advanced results, seize the opportunity to conduct medical ethics education for medical workers, for the establishment and development of the socialist market economy to adapt to harmonious socialist system of medical ethics, it has an important guiding significance.In this paper, it based on the importance of ethics education, the necessity and possibility, which divided into six parts on the status quo of research ethics and ethics education. This article is based on the proposed topic and significance, the core concepts of analysis, the current methods of research ideas and research native and abroad, interpreted the function of medical ethics, the meaning of medical ethics and the nature of medical ethics, analysis of the current state of medical ethics, summarized the main achievements of medical ethics and the main problem of medical ethics, analyze the reasons for the current problems in medical ethics, emphasize both subjective reasons and objective reasons, propose the way to improve the current situation of medical ethics is to build a new system of ethics education and strengthen ethics education, through innovative thinking, improve the contents and the way to conduct medical ethics education, called for medical ethics education should sublimate the following aspects: ideals and faith to establish medical ethics, keep the fundamental purpose in mind to guard medical ethics, use of the proper power to run medical ethics, grasp the concept of employment to advocate medical ethics, adhere unremittingly to protect medical ethics.
