From the state as the only subject of the international law to the international intergovernmental organizations and people are fighting for their emancipation, gaining the subject qualification of international law.The subjects of international law trajectory shows that international law is always changing. The continuous development of the international community on the international law main subject has resulted in the expansion time,even personal subject qualification of international law gain recognition by many famous scholars.Today, the meteoric rise of the multinational company with the astonishing speed in the global expansion, they have had a profound impact on the international economic, international culture and politic, this influence has both negative and positive, multinational corporations in essence has become an important member of the international community. To the international community’s harmony, stability and the development of a lasting peace, it is necessary for multinational corporations in the way of the law of specialized management and guidance. while existing domestic law is always less supervision on multinational companies forming part of the multinational corporations international law the main body status, the multinational corporations as a whole for the regulation of international law has become necessary. The author tries from the theoretical level to explore the possibilities of the multinational corporations become the subject of international law, through illustrate examples to discussed the feasibility and inevitability of multinational companies become the subject of international law, deepen the understanding of the problem.
