Illegal Human Experimentation Without Setting Crime Separately

In regard to the phenomenon, domestic scholars have kind of viewpoints.Some scholars believe that behaviors of unlawful human experiments should be established a separate offence, but some scholars believe that it lacks necessity. This paper integrates views of different scholars, and it comes to a conclusion: it is not necessary to create a separate new charge on the illegal human experimentation.Introduce why it doesn’t have to set a separate new charge. Meanwhile, it proposes work out the phenomenon. It aims to provide modest suggestions when facing illegal human experimentation in the future.
