Government human resources management has been the world’s researchers and practitioners of the focus of attention problems, based on the problems of international comparison research is also very much. Vietnam in many institutional learning and learn from China’s experience, in the government management from China, Vietnam can also learn a lot useful approach.This paper studies the Chinese government human resources situation, the Vietnamese government civil servant management situation and the comparison, then obtains, Vietnam in the government management because of the traditional ideas ingrained, academic research lag, low quality of personnel, path according to Lai Qiang and other reasons, there is a lack of management concept, the government human resources exploitation is obvious insufficient; government human resource allocation mechanism should be improved; the lack of scientific and complete supervision, inspection mechanism, evaluation mechanism of corrupt; rationality problems, and in reference to Chinese government human resource management experience, complemented by the western advanced management theory and practice, put forward change idea; scientific recruitment and selection; improve training system; the establishment of performance evaluation system; reform of wage system, improve the government civil servants; increase anti-corruption strength measures, attempts for the Vietnamese government civil servant management system reform, the improvement of administrative efficiency to provide reference and practice suggestion.
