Public crisis from the perspective of Internet, has not only exerted far-reaching influence on the government traditional public crisis management, but also has brought about unprecedented challenges to the government administrative ability. Therefore how to perfect the crisis management of our government under the Network environment, is the mainly content of the paper study.Generally, The paper can be divided into the following sections:The first part is introduction, it firstly elaborates the selected topic aims, significance and the domestic and foreign present situation of research, aims to illustrate the cause and background.The second part of this article is the basic theory of the government crisis management. It firstly defines the concept of public crisis management, and then pointed out the new requirements to the traditional crisis management under the network environment. Finally, it analyzed the constitutions of public crisis management under the network environment. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the following analysis of problems happened from Chinese crisis management under the network environment.The third part analyzes the public crisis management status of our government under the Network environment. It firstly discussed the China’s Public Crisis Management issues under the network environment from four points, uncoordinated management of the main management awareness is weak, the imperfect mechanism of management information, management and operation mechanism is not smooth, and then it analyze the reason of the problems of China’s public crisis management in four aspects,the public crisis management institutions are not perfect, imperfect legal system of public crisis management, lack of uncontrollable public crisis management and public crisis management operation mechanism supporting.The forth part analyzes the problems of our government crisis management and its causes according to the third part, and proposes some specific measures to strengthen the public crisis management of our country under the network environment.The fifth part is the summary of the study of the crisis management of our government under the Network environment.
