Research On The Agricultural-related Community Informational Management Of Longquanyi District

In 2006, the State Council issued the 2006-2020 National Information Development Strategy, among which the idea of promoting community information, improving community service be taken as one of the strategies focus on China’s information technology development. Currently, the construction of community information has been carried out step by step, achieving fruitful results. The ability of community public service is greatly enhanced with community management information, bringing much more conveniences for the residents. In recent years, researches on urban communities and rural areas of information management are not rarities, while researches on agriculture-related community management information are relatively scarce. Agriculture-related community is the product of urban and rural development, which are wildly spread among cities and suburbs of the cities, both involving urban residents, rural areas and farmers. Sound agriculture-related community management information will greatly improve the efficiency of community work, effectively raise the community management level. It will provide more convenient and efficient service to the residents, satisfying the residents’ various requirements. It is a necessary to promote social comprehensive management smoothly and achieve social information. This article, focusing on the agricultural management information of Longquanyi District, hope to provide some reference for the further study on this field.This paper, through literature research, data collection, investigations, questionnaire analysis and other methods, combined theory with practice and analyzed the information situation of agriculture-related community management information. This thesis demonstrated status quo and problems existed of agricultural community management information, such as poor infrastructure, lack of platform, few applications, imperfect mechanism, lack of comprehensive services. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a long term strategy of demand-based construction, taking specific project as the carrier of platform building and mechanism construction as the priority for the information management of Longquanyi community. This thesis also combines domestic and international experience and proposes strategies for agriculture-related community information management for Longquanyi district: improving information infrastructure, building and sharing information resource library, upgrading community network function, auxiliary information platform building and the combination of information construction from both community level and family level.
