Thinking About Amending The Administrative Reconsideration System

Our country’s administrative reconsideration is one of the main means of administrative remedies. It plays an important role in the supervising administration and safeguarding the rights of citizens. The design of the legislation causes problems.As a result, the revision of administrative reconsideration is needed to adapt to the requirement of building a country under the rule of law. This article discusses the revision of the administrative reconsideration system. First of all, the article discusses the necessity of the revision. Furthermore, this paper investigated the foreign administrative reconsideration system. Finally, the article places high stress on the improvement of the revision.The whole article consists of five parts: introduction, text(including three parts)and epilogue. The first part of the text introduces the cause of the legal changes.Modification is also requested by the establishment of review committee. The second part of the text introduces the administrative reconsideration system of four typical countries. This part not only mainly discusses the existing problems in our country, but also tells us to learn from those typical foreign countries. The third part of the body puts forward suggestions on revision of the reconsideration. It mainly includes five aspects.
